Polycarbonate Injection Molding Company in China
Topworks specialises in polycarbonate (PC) injection molding — tooling, production and finished PC components. Over ten years of PC design and molding expertise for tough, clear, heat-resistant parts, delivered at reasonable prices (as low as ~$5 per piece in some cases).

- Design, tooling & production
- Impact, heat & clarity
- Dried-PC, hot-runner control
- 10+ years PC expertise
Why choose polycarbonate injection molding
Polycarbonate is chosen when a part must be tough, heat-resistant and often optically clear — properties few other resins combine.
Impact strength
Very high impact resistance — survives loads that crack ABS or PP.
Heat resistance
Holds shape and properties at elevated temperature.
Optical clarity
Glass-like transparency for lenses, covers and glazing.
Our polycarbonate services
We are one of few companies able to develop PC molding tools and processes, produce PC components, and deliver finished parts — a full range of PC injection-molding services.
Whether you are developing a work-in-progress or an existing concept, our process simplifies every step of polycarbonate molding, from design and tooling to production — nationally and internationally, at reasonable prices.

Polycarbonate molding FAQ
What is polycarbonate injection molding used for?
Polycarbonate (PC) is used where parts must be tough, impact-resistant, heat-resistant and often optically clear — lenses, light covers, housings, safety guards, glazing and electrical components. We design tooling, produce parts and deliver finished PC components.
Why choose polycarbonate for a molded part?
PC combines high impact strength, good heat resistance, dimensional stability and optical clarity in one material. It is chosen when a part must survive impact or heat that would crack ABS or PP, or when transparency is required.
How much does a polycarbonate molded part cost?
It depends on part size, cavitation and volume, but PC parts can run as low as around $5 per piece in some cases at volume. Tooling is quoted separately; send the part for an exact price.
What do you need to control when molding polycarbonate?
PC runs hot (melt typically ~280–320 °C) and must be dried thoroughly before molding, or it degrades and splays. The tool needs robust hot-runner control and balanced cooling to avoid internal stress in a rigid, often clear part.
Do you handle design, tooling and production for PC parts?
Yes — a full range of PC injection-molding services from design and tooling through production, developed over more than ten years, for a work-in-progress or an existing concept.
