What is the typical lead time for a custom grille mould?
It depends on size and surface requirement. A practical range is 45–75 days including DFM, machining, assembly and T0 trials. With a fixed SOP date we can propose a fast-track plan.
¿Qué aceros y acabados de superficie recomienda?
Steel and polishing or texture follow the surface class, resin (including fillers) and shot-life target. For high-cosmetic areas we plan the finishing early to cut rework after trials.

By balancing cooling, optimising rib ratios, using stable gating and setting a proper process window during trials. Fixture or packing methods are recommended where post-mould deformation is a risk.
