Pipe Fitting Plastic Mould with Advanced Core Pulling
We build pipe-fitting moulds with chain-core, arc-core and collapsible-core mechanisms to produce elbows, threaded connectors, tees and sanitary fittings in PP, PPH, PVC, PPR, PE, ABS and PPSU. Over 13 years of pipe-fitting tooling experience and an extensive proven portfolio.

Advanced core-pulling mechanisms
At the core of a pipe-fitting mould is the core-pulling mechanism — the part that lets a fitting with internal features release from the tool.
Chain core
For long or multi-segment internal passages, withdrawn in sequence as the tool opens.
Arc core
For curved fittings such as elbows, the core follows the bend as it pulls.
Collapsible core
For internal threads and undercuts — collapses inward to clear the feature, then expands for the next shot.
Pipe fittings we cover
PP & PPH
PP belling and drainage, PPH belling and sanitary ware.
PVC
PVC drainage, gutter and barrier fittings.
PPR & PE
PPR pipe fittings, PE pipe fittings and PE corrugated pipe.
ABS & PPSU
ABS and PPSU pipe fittings for specialty and high-performance systems.
Why source pipe-fitting moulds from us
Our 13-year legacy in mould making, and an extensive portfolio of successful pipe-fitting cases, let us fine-tune the mould structure for your specific fitting — the right core-pulling method, cooling and gate for a clean, reliable, cost-effective tool.

Pipe fitting mould FAQ
What pipe fittings can you tool?
Elbows, threaded connectors, tee fittings and more across PP, PPH, PVC, PPR, PE, ABS and PPSU — covering PP/PPH belling and sanitary ware, PVC drainage, gutter and barrier, PPR and PE pipe fittings, PE corrugated pipe and ABS/PPSU fittings.
What is a core-pulling mechanism in a pipe-fitting mould?
It is the mechanism that withdraws the internal core so a fitting with internal features — threads, bends, sockets — can be released. We build chain-core, arc-core and collapsible-core structures to mould elbows, threaded connectors and tees cleanly.
What is a collapsible core used for?
For internal threads or undercuts — the core collapses inward to clear the internal feature during ejection, then expands for the next shot. It is how threaded connectors and sanitary fittings are moulded without secondary operations.
How experienced is Topworks in pipe-fitting moulds?
Over 13 years, with an extensive portfolio of successful pipe-fitting mould cases. That experience is used to fine-tune the mould structure — core-pulling, cooling and gating — for each specific fitting.
Which resins do pipe-fitting moulds handle?
PP, PPH, PVC, PPR, PE, ABS and PPSU. Each has different shrinkage and flow, so the core design, cooling and gate are tuned to the resin and the fitting geometry.
